Cary

Cary Moran became one of our new client relations members in April, 2017. A graduate of Elk Lake High School and Edinboro University Cary moved with her husband from Northeast Pennsylvania to York. She has always been drawn to working with animals since she was a child and has worked with animal care and welfare organizations on local and national levels since 1994. She has also studied Principles and Practices of Real Estate at Penn State University Lehman campus.

Cary generously opened her home and hobby farm to a menagerie of pets in need—she owns ten rescued dogs, seven cats, 16 chickens and a special-needs parrot! Cary also volunteers her time as a foster for Road Trip Rescue of Mt. Bethel.

Cary has a very spooky and fascinating hobby—she has spent the past ten years investigating paranormal happenings and cleansing homes! She says she would also love the challenge of living off the grid on her own for a month in the wilderness. Cary sums up her personal philosophy with a quote from Milan Kundera, “Humanity’s true moral test, its fundamental test…consists of its attitude towards those who are at its mercy…animals.”
The Patton Veterinary Hospital is excited to have Cary as part of our team so please join us in welcoming her to our client relations crew!
