Kelsey Hagerman

Kelsey originally hails from Arbutus, MD and lived in Florida for the past six years but she and her husband recently returned to Pennsylvania to be closer to family. She joined our Patton Client Relations team in April of 2018 but has previous experience working as kennel staff, receptionist and veterinary assistant.
Kelsey loves helping animals and owns several pets named after Disney characters: Raja, who, despite being Kelsey’s first cat loves her husband more, Mufasa a Pitt-Boxer that she describes as a “big baby and cuddle-bug,” and Aurora a dog who “is definitely a princess and lives up to her name!”
When not working, Kelsey enjoys kayaking Gunpowder Falls in Maryland, working on her new farm and snowboarding. She has a long list of things she’d like to accomplish including visiting Ireland, going horseback riding in Utah and relaxing in a hot tub while it is snowing. Kelsey completed one item on her bucket list—taking in a Ravens game in Denver where her husband proposed to her on the megatron!
Kelsey sums up her philosophy on life with a quote Winnie the Pooh creator, A.A. Milne, “You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, smarter than you think and loved more than you know.” We are proud to have her as part of our team!
