Paige Martin began working at Patton Veterinary Hospital in November, 2017 in the unique position of Veterinary Assistant. Paige will assist our doctors and nurses with vaccinations, drawing blood, running various lab tests and other procedures as well as helping to keep our exam rooms clean and stocked.
Paige calls Hereford, MD home and graduated from Hereford High. She is currently enrolled in York Technical Institute’s veterinary technician program. Paige joined the program and PVH because she has “always wanted to work with animals.”
When not watching her favorite show, Game of Thrones, Paige spends her time caring for quite a menagerie of critters including two Border Collies, one Lab/Border Collie cross, three cats, two ducks, countless chickens and ten goats. One of her goats has a slight disability having only three legs, but manages to get along fine! She would love to add more pets to her family one day.
We are so happy to have Paige aboard to help keep PVH running smoothly. She is a great asset to our fantastic team and we wish her well in her studies at YTI.
