Kelsey

Kelsey joined the Patton Veterinary Client Relations team in July 2017. A graduate of Dallastown Area High School and Lancaster Bible College, Kelsey lives in Dallastown and has a family pet named Bella. Though her college did not offer many opportunities in the science fields, Kelsey still hopes to pursue a career as a veterinarian one day stating, “Having any kind of role in a veterinary hospital is something I am happy to have. I love animals and want to do whatever I can to help them.”
Kelsey has many hobbies including reading, baking and cooking, hiking, playing softball, watching movies, and cross-stitching. If she had a free day to do anything at all, she would love to visit the San Diego Zoo (or any zoo)! Kelsey’s adventure-loving spirit is summed up by her favorite quote from Oscar Wilde, “To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people just exist.” Her ambitious bucket list includes traveling to every state and “visiting the very biggest cities and tiniest towns in each state.”
Kelsey and her family have been clients for many years since moving to Pennsylvania from Florida in 2000. She says that she has “been witness to the family-oriented veterinary hospital, and I knew in these seventeen years that I wanted to work in an atmosphere like Patton’s.” As she says in her own words, “Luckily for me, Patton was hiring this summer and I was fortunate enough to be welcomed into the Patton Family! I am very excited for this new chapter in my life and I cannot wait to see how much Patton allows me to grow as a person.”
Lucky for us, she accepted the position! We couldn’t be more excited to have Kelsey as part of our family, and we look forward to watching her grow and excel in the veterinary field.
